Role Description
Our company is seeking a Social Media Intern to become a part of our expanding team. The individual selected for this role will be tasked with assisting in website redesign initiatives, overseeing and publishing content on blogs and social networks, engaging in online discussions, participating in digital outreach and promotional activities, enhancing our website's performance, and performing keyword analysis. The social media intern is tasked with developing social media content and supporting the social media team in generating ideas for campaigns. We seek a proactive and skilled Social Media Intern to enhance and sustain our social media presence, foster engagement with our audience, and attract new individuals. You ought to possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to convey messages clearly and effectively, thereby achieving the intended impact. At the outset, you will operate under direct supervision; however, as you accumulate experience, you will be granted increased independence to refine your skills and may eventually progress to a senior role within our marketing department.
Qualifications

- Foster audience engagement by addressing inquiries and comments promptly.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and posts through analytics tools.
- Deliver insights and data on essential performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of social media trends, hashtags, and discussions pertinent to the industry and brand, leveraging this information to enhance content creation and engagement strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Investigate and evaluate the social media activities of competitors to uncover opportunities for enhancement and differentiation.
- Hashtag Strategy: Identify and implement relevant hashtags in posts to boost visibility and engagement.
- Develop branded hashtags when suitable.
- Establishing and enhancing company profiles across various social media platforms.
